At Goldspot Pens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new writing instrument doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original presentation box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Your Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
